【企画案等の提案について】
・ツインエンジングループ（以下「当グループ」といいます。）では、皆様からのアイディア、企画案、著作物等の資料及びデータの送付はお受けしておらず、送付いただいた場合、送付物の内容に関する一切の検討・評価をせず資料を廃棄させていただきます。また、当グループは当該内容に関する守秘義務を負いません。

・当グループは、当グループの作品、アイディア、商品、サービス等が皆様の提案内容の全部または一部と類似した場合であっても、金銭的補償を含め、いかなる責任も負いません。

・We do not accept any unsolicited submissions of materials or data, including ideas, proposals, creative works, etc. from any individuals, and if they are submitted to us, we will not review or evaluate such submissions and will dispose of such submissions. Furthermore, we are not obligated to keep such submissions confidential.

・Even in cases where our works, ideas, products, or services might seem to be similar to your submissions in whole or in part, we shall not assume any responsibilities, including, without limitation, payment of any compensation.
